As Director of Licensing at Hollywood Licensing, Yolanda is responsible for helping launch a unique business concept, specialty entertainment licensing. She carries out this initiative by targeting the eminent iconic images from the worlds of the arts and entertainment, focusing on developing strategic plans and client management.

With a background in the arts and in talent management, Yolanda brings both depth and diversity of experience to Hollywood Licensing. Most recently from the Business Affairs and New Media departments of Vin Di Bona Productions, Yolanda assisted in the expansion of the Vin Di Bona Productions licensing division, including the licensing of clips from America's Funniest Home Videos to numerous national television commercials and major motion pictures.

She was also instrumental in the development of the new Vin Di Bona sites, including VDBP.com, AFV.tv and reality.tv. She eagerly looks forward to witnessing their continued evolution.

Her favorite AFV® clip is the one where the Easter Bunny appears at the window, sending the kiddies fleeing in panic. It cracks her up every time.
